El <strong>comercio ilegal de loter\u00eda<\/strong> no solo infringe la ley, sino que desv\u00eda miles de millones de colones que deber\u00edan financiar la salud, educaci\u00f3n y bienestar de poblaciones vulnerables. Por su parte, Allan Mar\u00edn, Gerente General de la JPS, inst\u00f3 a otras municipalidades a seguir el ejemplo de Cartago para erradicar estructuras ilegales que afectan el patrimonio p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cCada acci\u00f3n ilegal pone en riesgo la salud, educaci\u00f3n y bienestar de miles de personas.
