Con esta informaci\u00f3n se realizar\u00e1n pruebas t\u00e9cnicas y el cobro arrancar\u00e1 oficialmente el <strong data-start=\"378\" data-end=\"402\">lunes 3 de noviembre<\/strong>, tal como lo establece la normativa.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"443\" data-end=\"483\">Incremento en el Seguro Obligatorio<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"484\" data-end=\"683\">Las <strong data-start=\"488\" data-end=\"543\">tarifas del Seguro Obligatorio de Autom\u00f3viles (SOA)<\/strong> registran un <strong data-start=\"557\" data-end=\"568\">aumento<\/strong> aprobado por la SUGESE el pasado 3 de octubre.
