Upala, frontera norte.<\/strong> Oficiales del Grupo de Apoyo Operacional (GAO)<\/strong> de la Fuerza P\u00fablica aprehendieron a un hombre que conduc\u00eda un cami\u00f3n ganadero con licencia falsa<\/strong>. El hecho ocurri\u00f3 en Bijagua, durante un control de carreteras orientado a prevenir robo de ganado y otras actividades ilegales.<\/p>\n

Operativo en Bijagua<\/h2>\n

El cami\u00f3n y el hato transportado estaban en regla. Sin embargo, al solicitar la licencia, el conductor mostr\u00f3 un documento que dec\u00eda ser categor\u00eda B3<\/strong>. Los polic\u00edas notaron inconsistencias<\/strong> a simple vista y activaron el protocolo de verificaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Confirmaci\u00f3n de Tr\u00e1nsito<\/h2>\n

La Polic\u00eda de Tr\u00e1nsito<\/strong> confirm\u00f3 que el sujeto, de apellido Chaves<\/strong>, no figura inscrito<\/strong> como conductor y que el documento presentado no es v\u00e1lido<\/strong>. Con esa prueba, y bajo direcci\u00f3n funcional de la Fiscal\u00eda de Upala<\/strong>, fue aprehendido<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Delito por licencia falsa y medidas<\/h2>\n

Chaves qued\u00f3 a la orden de la autoridad judicial por el presunto delito de uso de documento falso<\/strong>. Adem\u00e1s, se decomisaron las placas<\/strong> del cami\u00f3n, al carecer de autorizaci\u00f3n para manejarlo. La intervenci\u00f3n impidi\u00f3 que continuara poniendo en riesgo su vida y la de terceros.<\/p>\n
