Seg\u00fan la cartera, el retraso <strong data-start=\"461\" data-end=\"492\">incrementa la contaminaci\u00f3n<\/strong> y <strong data-start=\"495\" data-end=\"530\">pone en riesgo la salud p\u00fablica<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"533\" data-end=\"589\">Salud y Puntarenas: qu\u00e9 se orden\u00f3 y qu\u00e9 no se cumpli\u00f3<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"590\" data-end=\"1053\">En <strong data-start=\"593\" data-end=\"612\">octubre de 2023<\/strong>, Se instruy\u00f3 formalmente a la municipalidad a ejecutar la soluci\u00f3n. Luego, el <strong data-start=\"694\" data-end=\"719\">21 de febrero de 2024<\/strong>, la <strong data-start=\"724\" data-end=\"747\">Sala Constitucional<\/strong> orden\u00f3 al alcalde <strong data-start=\"766\" data-end=\"787\">Randall Chavarr\u00eda<\/strong> coordinar acciones para <strong data-start=\"812\" data-end=\"874\">entregar la planta a m\u00e1s tardar el 15 de noviembre de 2025<\/strong>. Sin embargo, entre <strong data-start=\"895\" data-end=\"921\">junio y agosto de 2025<\/strong> la municipalidad <strong data-start=\"939\" data-end=\"968\">perdi\u00f3 cerca de dos meses<\/strong> por tr\u00e1mites mal gestionados, devoluciones y errores en planos, seg\u00fan el Ministerio.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"1055\" data-end=\"1114\">Salud y Puntarenas: cronograma nuevo\u2026 y fuera de t\u00e9rmino<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1115\" data-end=\"1507\">La semana pasada, la municipalidad present\u00f3 un <strong data-start=\"1162\" data-end=\"1182\">nuevo cronograma<\/strong> que traslada la finalizaci\u00f3n <strong data-start=\"1212\" data-end=\"1235\">hasta julio de 2026<\/strong>, lo que <strong data-start=\"1244\" data-end=\"1259\">contraviene<\/strong> tanto la orden sanitaria como el mandato de la <strong data-start=\"1307\" data-end=\"1330\">Sala Constitucional<\/strong>. Ante ello, Se <strong data-start=\"1349\" data-end=\"1375\">emiti\u00f3 orden sanitaria<\/strong> instruyendo a la municipalidad a <strong data-start=\"1409\" data-end=\"1434\">ejecutar de inmediato<\/strong> acciones para <strong data-start=\"1449\" data-end=\"1475\">contener la emergencia<\/strong> y <strong data-start=\"1478\" data-end=\"1506\">retomar el plan original<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"1509\" data-end=\"1564\">Salud y Puntarenas: riesgos sanitarios y ambientales<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1565\" data-end=\"1947\">El atraso <strong data-start=\"1575\" data-end=\"1590\">no es menor<\/strong>. La falta de tratamiento adecuado de las aguas residuales <strong data-start=\"1649\" data-end=\"1682\">aumenta la carga contaminante<\/strong>, favorece <strong data-start=\"1693\" data-end=\"1709\">malos olores<\/strong>, proliferaci\u00f3n de <strong data-start=\"1728\" data-end=\"1740\">vectores<\/strong> y potenciales <strong data-start=\"1755\" data-end=\"1789\">enfermedades de origen h\u00eddrico<\/strong>, afectando a <strong data-start=\"1803\" data-end=\"1864\">comerciantes, usuarios del mercado y vecindarios aleda\u00f1os<\/strong>.
