Agentes judiciales de la <strong data-start=\"376\" data-end=\"424\">Oficina Central Nacional Interpol &#8211; San Jos\u00e9<\/strong> del <strong data-start=\"429\" data-end=\"474\">Organismo de Investigaci\u00f3n Judicial (OIJ)<\/strong> llevaron a cabo este mi\u00e9rcoles la <strong data-start=\"509\" data-end=\"552\">extradici\u00f3n de dos ciudadanos paname\u00f1os<\/strong>, requeridos por las autoridades de su pa\u00eds por <strong data-start=\"600\" data-end=\"661\">delitos graves como Homicidio y Legitimaci\u00f3n de Capitales<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"664\" data-end=\"1041\">Los individuos, <strong data-start=\"680\" data-end=\"728\">apellidados Ochy (65 a\u00f1os) y N\u00fa\u00f1ez (30 a\u00f1os)<\/strong>, fueron <strong data-start=\"737\" data-end=\"793\">detenidos en territorio costarricense en 2023 y 2024<\/strong>, respectivamente. El operativo de entrega se efectu\u00f3 <strong data-start=\"847\" data-end=\"872\">pasadas las 8:00 a.m.<\/strong>, cuando los detenidos fueron puestos en manos de los agentes de <strong data-start=\"937\" data-end=\"956\">Interpol Panam\u00e1<\/strong>, quienes proceder\u00e1n a su <strong data-start=\"982\" data-end=\"1040\">presentaci\u00f3n ante las autoridades judiciales paname\u00f1as<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1043\" data-end=\"1081\">Detenciones previas en Costa Rica:<\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"1083\" data-end=\"1606\">\n<li data-start=\"1083\" data-end=\"1321\">\n<p data-start=\"1085\" data-end=\"1321\"><strong data-start=\"1085\" data-end=\"1093\">Ochy<\/strong> fue capturado el <strong data-start=\"1111\" data-end=\"1137\">6 de diciembre de 2023<\/strong> en el sector de <strong data-start=\"1154\" data-end=\"1166\">Gu\u00e1piles<\/strong>, provincia de Lim\u00f3n. Desde <strong data-start=\"1194\" data-end=\"1217\">julio del mismo a\u00f1o<\/strong>, pesaba sobre \u00e9l una <strong data-start=\"1239\" data-end=\"1273\">orden de captura internacional<\/strong> por el delito de <strong data-start=\"1291\" data-end=\"1320\">Legitimaci\u00f3n de Capitales<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1323\" data-end=\"1606\">\n<p data-start=\"1325\" data-end=\"1606\"><strong data-start=\"1325\" data-end=\"1334\">N\u00fa\u00f1ez<\/strong>, por su parte, fue detenido en <strong data-start=\"1366\" data-end=\"1387\">diciembre de 2024<\/strong> en <strong data-start=\"1391\" data-end=\"1400\">Tib\u00e1s<\/strong>, gracias a una operaci\u00f3n conjunta entre <strong data-start=\"1441\" data-end=\"1489\">Interpol del OIJ y la Polic\u00eda Administrativa<\/strong>. Era requerido por un <strong data-start=\"1512\" data-end=\"1542\">homicidio ocurrido en 2019<\/strong>, seg\u00fan informaci\u00f3n proporcionada por las autoridades paname\u00f1as.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1608\" data-end=\"1970\">Ambos sujetos permanec\u00edan bajo custodia en Costa Rica mientras se realizaban las gestiones legales y diplom\u00e1ticas correspondientes para su extradici\u00f3n.
