{"id":13274,"date":"2025-06-24T09:28:22","date_gmt":"2025-06-24T15:28:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/staytv.net\/?p=13274"},"modified":"2025-08-03T00:54:01","modified_gmt":"2025-08-03T06:54:01","slug":"moin-sujetos-detenidos-con-ar-15-municiones-y-droga-pasaran-tres-meses-en-prision-preventiva","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/staytv.net\/index.php\/2025\/06\/24\/moin-sujetos-detenidos-con-ar-15-municiones-y-droga-pasaran-tres-meses-en-prision-preventiva\/","title":{"rendered":"MO\u00cdN: SUJETOS DETENIDOS CON AR-15, MUNICIONES Y DROGA PASAR\u00c1N TRES MESES EN PRISI\u00d3N PREVENTIVA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p data-start=\"100\" data-end=\"365\"><em data-start=\"100\" data-end=\"128\">Lim\u00f3n, 24 de junio de 2025<\/em> \u2013 El Juzgado Penal de Lim\u00f3n orden\u00f3 <strong data-start=\"164\" data-end=\"200\">tres meses de prisi\u00f3n preventiva<\/strong> contra dos sujetos detenidos este fin de semana por la <strong data-start=\"256\" data-end=\"274\">Fuerza P\u00fablica<\/strong>, luego de ser sorprendidos en posesi\u00f3n de <strong data-start=\"317\" data-end=\"364\">armas de grueso calibre, municiones y droga<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"367\" data-end=\"606\">Los detenidos son un <strong data-start=\"388\" data-end=\"421\">nicarag\u00fcense apellidado Tatom<\/strong> y un <strong data-start=\"427\" data-end=\"467\">costarricense de apellido Cantillano<\/strong>, quienes fueron capturados en una vivienda en Mo\u00edn, Lim\u00f3n, tras un operativo conjunto entre la Fuerza P\u00fablica, el OIJ y la Fiscal\u00eda local.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"608\" data-end=\"976\">Los hechos se dieron cuando oficiales realizaban patrullajes y detectaron una <strong data-start=\"686\" data-end=\"723\">motocicleta con denuncia por robo<\/strong>. Cerca del sitio, observaron a un individuo armado con un <strong data-start=\"782\" data-end=\"802\">fusil tipo AR-15<\/strong>, quien al notar la presencia policial se refugi\u00f3 en una casa. Tras coordinar con las autoridades judiciales, se procedi\u00f3 al <strong data-start=\"927\" data-end=\"956\">allanamiento del inmueble<\/strong>, donde se hallaron:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"978\" data-end=\"1146\">\n<li data-start=\"978\" data-end=\"1014\">\n<p data-start=\"980\" data-end=\"1014\">Un <strong data-start=\"983\" data-end=\"1011\">fusil AR-15 calibre 5.56<\/strong>,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1015\" data-end=\"1046\">\n<p data-start=\"1017\" data-end=\"1046\">Un <strong data-start=\"1020\" data-end=\"1043\">rev\u00f3lver calibre 38<\/strong>,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1047\" data-end=\"1103\">\n<p data-start=\"1049\" data-end=\"1103\">Dos cargadores con <strong data-start=\"1068\" data-end=\"1091\">29 proyectiles 5.56<\/strong> cada uno,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1104\" data-end=\"1146\">\n<p data-start=\"1106\" data-end=\"1146\"><strong data-start=\"1106\" data-end=\"1145\">Seis paquetes de aparente marihuana<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1148\" data-end=\"1212\">Adem\u00e1s, en una <strong data-start=\"1163\" data-end=\"1182\">vivienda vecina<\/strong>, las autoridades decomisaron:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1214\" data-end=\"1374\">\n<li data-start=\"1214\" data-end=\"1243\">\n<p data-start=\"1216\" data-end=\"1243\">Un <strong data-start=\"1219\" data-end=\"1240\">chaleco antibalas<\/strong>,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1244\" data-end=\"1279\">\n<p data-start=\"1246\" data-end=\"1279\"><strong data-start=\"1246\" data-end=\"1276\">20 municiones calibre 9 mm<\/strong>,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1280\" data-end=\"1343\">\n<p data-start=\"1282\" data-end=\"1343\"><strong data-start=\"1282\" data-end=\"1312\">7 proyectiles calibre 7.62<\/strong>, utilizados en rifles AK-47,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1344\" data-end=\"1374\">\n<p data-start=\"1346\" data-end=\"1374\">Otras evidencias relevantes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1376\" data-end=\"1475\">Ambos sujetos enfrentar\u00edan cargos por <strong data-start=\"1414\" data-end=\"1443\">tenencia il\u00edcita de armas<\/strong> y <strong data-start=\"1446\" data-end=\"1474\">almacenamiento de drogas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1477\" data-end=\"1688\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">El Ministerio de Seguridad P\u00fablica reafirm\u00f3 su compromiso de continuar intensificando operativos en la provincia de Lim\u00f3n para combatir delitos relacionados con el <strong data-start=\"1641\" data-end=\"1687\">crimen organizado, drogas y armas de fuego<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<div id='gallery-1' class='gallery galleryid-13274 gallery-columns-2 gallery-size-large'><figure class='gallery-item'>\n\t\t\t<div class='gallery-icon landscape'>\n\t\t\t\t<a href='https:\/\/staytv.net\/index.php\/2025\/06\/24\/moin-sujetos-detenidos-con-ar-15-municiones-y-droga-pasaran-tres-meses-en-prision-preventiva\/imagen-de-whatsapp-2025-06-24-a-las-07-50-07_bd6c7aed\/'><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"1024\" data-src=\"https:\/\/staytv.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/Imagen-de-WhatsApp-2025-06-24-a-las-07.50.07_bd6c7aed-1024x1024.jpg\" class=\"attachment-large size-large lazyload\" alt=\"\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 1024px;
